Also if you think it couldn't happen here, consider that recently our all powerful FDA threatened to confiscate cherry crops. Because cherry farmers were posting published scientific studies on the benefits of eating cherries on their websites, the FDA was claiming that cherries were being sold as unregulated drugs.
